What is your return policy?
We accept returns as we want you to be happy with your purchases! In order for us to process your return quickly, we do however need you to:
1. contact us immediately to obtain approval for a return
2. carefully follow our specific instructions on how to return your product
3. return products in their original condition and packaging
4. incur postage costs to return the product to us
If your return is approved, we will:
1. provide a replacement product or a refund
2. process your return or refund as soon as possible
